Hawaiian Applique

I had my Hawaiian Applique quilt class today at QS. Came home and worked on it for a couple hours. I have 8 more leaves to applique…

I purchased the book - Hawaiian Quilting, Elizabeth Root.

The pattern I chose is Maile.

    Finished the top last night… Starting another one. Pictures to follow. Next class in two months. Thought of some great quilt design ideas this morning, can’t wait to sketch them out on my lunch break today!
