The event will be held on April 25th (9-6pm) & 26th (10-4pm) @ the Bellingham Marketplace - 799 S. Main Street Unit #11 (Rte 126 S), Bellingham, MA 02019.

- Examples of acceptable vendor items: Quilts, Sewing, Embroidery, Knitting/Crochet, Crafts, Wearables, Candles, Jewelry, Bath & Body, etc.. We reserve the right to decline any reservation. We will only accept one vendor of each type of specific goods, however similar goods may be sold.
- Goods should be “finished” product only i.e. no fabric, notions, or supplies related to sewing/quilting.
- Table(s) fee required, however there is NO Commissions or sales fee(s). What you make is what you take!
- Donation of 1 item may be made for raffling purposes, optional, not required. However, collected customer information will be provided, after the event, to anyone who makes a donation as noted above.

IMPORTANT: Once you purchase the space, you will be redirected back here to fill out the Reservation Form. If you skip payment via PayPal/Credit Card, fill in the Reservation Form and pay cash or known/local check in store. Your space will not be guaranteed without successful paid reservation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Vendor (you) agree/understand the following.
- You must bring in (and take out) everything you require to vend. i.e. table(s), chair(s), extension cords, merchandise, etc.

- Vendor must record/collect/pay appropriate taxes, fees, etc. needed to do their business.
- Vendor is responsible for their belongings and merchandise at all times. Dragonfly’s Quilt Shop, Kathryn LeBlanc or anyone affiliated with the Marketplace will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft.
- In the event unit 11 is not available, the fair will be held in unit 1. Bathrooms located in Unit 17.
- Internet/Wireless internet will not be available for use.
- Unloading will be done from the rear of the building and parking in the rear is limited to space available. Parking in the general parking lot otherwise. Vendors agree to abide by parking as noted by signage. i.e. no parking in the fire zone or handicapped parking. no blocking traffic etc.
- The Marketplace plaza has two restaurants (pizza/sandwiches & Chinese) and a Dunkn’ Donuts.
- Vendors will be able to access the space approx. 1 hour/1.5 hours in advance of the opening to the public.
- Booths/tables should be filled with good quality items, well dressed and pleasing to the eye, i.e. no junk/trash
- Merchandise, logo’s, legal names and all other dealings during the event will be legal.
- Since Table Fee(s) go toward advertising expenses, any cancellation will be non refundable. You will still receive the advertising, even if you do not attend the event.
- Vendors should advertise to their customer base, local institutions, friends & family etc. Once reservation has been paid, advertising materials will be provided for this purpose. You do not have the right to reproduce new/different/alternate materials with Dragonfly’s Quilt Shop or other participating vendors names/logo’s without their consent. Printing/copying & posting is acceptable and encouraged, especially in social media formats.
